Glen Whitlock has 35 years in the telecommunication industry, and is a CEO that values integrity, flexibility, and honesty. He is a value driven decision maker that has the ability to change given the situation, encourages initiative and has the willingness to take calculated risks. Glen is forward thinking, innovative and entrepreneurial in his approach to business, and values strong personal relationships as opposed to transactional relationships. He performs very effectively in complex and difficult environments and focuses on team building and the ability to achieve success through others. Strategic yet tactical, with a degree in Business Administration, Glen has sat on several different boards including Community Futures for North Okanagan.
Larry brings 25 years of Executive level Technical Operations Leadership within the Telecom Industry, specifically Shaw Communications. Larry, as VP, National Operations and Critical Infrastructure for Shaw, has led large Canada-wide teams focusing on the design, deployment, activation and proactive maintenance of national scale telecom and fiber networks. Larry has his Master Technician Certification, through the National Cable Technologist Institute (NCTI) and brings a passion for leadership, operational efficiency and innovation to the senior leadership at Brothers Broadband. Larry is very community-minded and has sat on multiple boards for not-for-profit organizations, including most recently as Vice-Chair for the Unlocking Potential foundation.
